Valley PHO

Valley Primary Health Organisation (PHO) has 18 member practices covering Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, Wainuiomata, and Petone. These practices provide smoking cessation services to their patients via the GP and Practice Nurse. This can include providing one on one support, NRT, referral to other smoking cessation services and also smokestop, they also provide a degree of health promotion.
