NMDHB Smokefree Support Service

I support people who want to be smokefree, I am an exchange card holder I can issue "quit cards" to clients to exchange at community pharmacies for subsidised nicotine replacement therapy (patches and/or gum)

I work with Nelson Hospital in-patients, ante-natal woman, parents of children who are in- patients and D.H.B. Staff.
