The Health Sponsorship Council (HSC) is a New Zealand government agency that promotes health and healthy lifestyles. We do this by developing and delivering health promotion and marketing programmes. The Smokefree Youth Programme focuses on social marketing initiatives targeted at young people aged 12-24 years.
