We have three smoke-free officers for the Bay of Plenty region who can take enquiries about the Smoke-free Environments Act 1990, we can explain legislative aspects in respect to licensed premises, workplaces and retailers around display and sale to minors and conduct controlled purchase operations with the assistance of the Ministry of Health.
