smoking cessation counsellor

I encourage and support you in your decision to become a non-smoker. Together we discuss your situation and create a 'quit plan'. I provide nicotine replacement patches and gum. Other therapy may be available in consultation with the Dr.

Face to face, couple or group counselling is provided at Snells Bch Medical Centre, and elsewhere by arrangement.
It is helpful to have ongoing support. I provide phone and face to face contact with you until you are a comfortable, confident non-smoker.
